- Add Vanilla Cake Premix to a bowl.
- Add 150 ml water and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape the sides and whip at high speed for 3 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons oil slowly while mixing.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes or until done.
- Cool completely before frosting or serving.
