- Step 1: Add The Yumstore Red Velvet Pancake Premix to a bowl.
- Step 2: Add 150 ml water or milk and mix well until smooth.
- (You may also use unsalted buttermilk for a softer texture.)
- Step 3: Whisk at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Step 4: Scrape down and whisk at high speed for 3 minutes.
- Step 5: Add 2 spoons oil / melted butter slowly while mixing.
- Step 6: Heat a non-stick pan, pour batter and cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
